Pandaw II is one of the cruise line’s older ships, but still offers a stylish way of exploring the Irrawaddy and Chindwin rivers in Myanmar. The best views can be found in the open-air lounge on the top deck, where you can relax in comfort whilst gazing out at the passing scenery. The cabins and decks offer plenty of space to move around and the ship’s capacity is just 48 passengers.
All the mod-cons that you need can be found in your cabin and a good night’s sleep is assured thanks to the quality linens and two different types of pillow used on the bed. The bathrooms are spacious and include spa-branded amenities to help you unwind at the end of a long day.
When you’re not on the sun deck soaking up the rays, you can retire to the library, see what treasures the fair-trade shop has, or sample the flavours of Myanmar in the air-conditioned dining area.
