Just like her fellow K Class ships, Katha Pandaw was designed with a shallow draft that allows her to traverse the northern part of the Irrawaddy and also the smaller Chindwin River. She will take you through some of the most untouched parts of Myanmar to show you ancient treasures, remote communities and the beautiful culture of this fascinating country.
The ship is spacious and airy with wrap-around promenade decks that allow the 32 guests to experience the wonderful views from all angles. Whilst breakfast and lunch will be a mixture of buffet and sit-down options, the day will culminate in a four-course dinner that showcases the flavours and ingredients of this part of the world. And the open-air seating area will ensure that you never miss a second of what’s happening around you.
The attentive crew will look after you in every way, offering cold towels and refreshing drinks when you return from your shore excursions and even providing a shoe cleaning service.
