This luxurious ship is 443 ft in length, extending the traditional 360-foot length of Amadeus ships. This extension creates more space all over the ship; giving guests more generously-sized cabins, more deck space and plenty more unique features throughout.
The Amadeus Silver has a total of 78 enlarged standard cabins, each 172 sq ft in size. Passengers staying on the Mozart and Strauss decks have an innovative form of a French balcony which includes a panoramic window that can be raised or lower to effectively turn the whole cabin into a balcony of sorts. There are also 12 Amadeus Balcony Suites, each measuring 258 sq ft, exterior balconies which include their own private seating areas, large panoramic windows, and comfortable baths with tub, separate WC and separate shower.
This latest ship can offer trips along the River Rhine as well as giving guests the chance to travel up and down the Belgian and Dutch Waterways.
In common with international customs, it is normal to tip staff. The amount you tip is left to your discretion and should be seen as a reward for good service. If you would like a recommendation, Amadeus suggest between €5-7 per guest per day.
